MPP Engineers, LLC is seeking both Junior and Senior Structural Engineers for full-time / part time / freelance remote positions based in India. We are looking for highly motivated engineers with experience on U.S.-based projects who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of years of experience on US projects required. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign simple 1–2 story residential and commercial buildings, including warehousesDevelop and design steel connections in accordance with AISC standardsPerform miscellaneous steel design, including stairs, railings, ladders, and related componentsConduct structural analysis and prepare detailed engineering calculationsDevelop structural systems and ensure compliance with applicable U.S. codes and standardsCreate and review construction documents using CAD softwareCollaborate with team members to deliver efficient and practical structural solutionsCommunicate effectively with internal teams and clients through written and verbal channelsQualificationsMaster's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience on U.S.-based structural engineering projects (required)Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and standardsProficiency in structural analysis and engineering calculationsExperience with AISC steel design and connectionsExperience with CAD software for design and draftingAbility to design low-rise structures and typical building systems efficientlyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsWork RequirementsStrong verbal and written communication skills (English required)Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervisionTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate remotely
