The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in customer onboarding, digital account servicing, and a deep understanding of mobile and online banking journeys, along with strong Agile delivery experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage digital transformation projects within banking, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveryGather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specificationsDrive end-to-end customer onboarding and digital account servicing initiativesDesign and optimize mobile and online banking journeys to enhance customer experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and UXChampion Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and tailor them to team and project needsManage project plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communicationsUse JIRA and Confluence for backlog management, tracking, reporting, and dashboardsWork closely with global stakeholders and senior leadershipProvide insights with a consulting mindset to improve processes and deliver business valueSupport data-driven decision-making with basic understanding of AI and data conceptsRequired Skills & Experience6+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in banking/financial services (Banking experience is mandatory)Strong exposure to:Customer onboardingDigital account servicingMobile and online banking platformsDomain knowledge in Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or Private BankingExtensive experience in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean)Proven track record of implementing and driving Agile practicesHands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence dashboardsExperience working across global markets and managing senior stakeholdersExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsConsulting mindset with strong analytical thinkingBasic knowledge of AI and Data is a plusPreferred AttributesAbility to work in fast-paced, high-impact environmentsStrong ownership and accountabilityProactive and solution-oriented approachExcellent collaboration and leadership skillsHiring CriteriaLocation: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / HyderabadNotice Period: Immediate to 45 days (Not looking for 90 days notice period)Experience: Minimum 6 yearsMandatory: Banking domain experience (No operations profile) How You’ll GrowConnect for ImpactCollaborate with global professionals solving some of the world’s most complex AI challenges, supporting communities and teams.
