Job Description

The Head of Operations will have overall responsibility for the end-to-end management of a large, high-profile corporate account within the food catering and workplace services environment. The role is accountable for delivering operational excellence across multiple locations, driving strong commercial performance, and ensuring superior client and consumer experience. The position will lead Operations, Finance coordination, Marketing initiatives, and Sales enablement while strengthening account governance, service consistency, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth in line with organizational standards and brand values. The position will report into the Key Account Manager position of the account.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership for multi-site food catering operations, ensuring consistent delivery of services in line with contractual SLAs and service level commitments.Oversee day-to-day operations including food services, facilities coordination, manpower deployment, supplier and vendor management across all client locations.Drive standardization of operating models, SOPs, quality frameworks, and best practices across the account.Ensure full compliance with HSEQ, FSSAI, statutory, internal audit, and client-specific compliance requirements.Lead mobilization, transitions, and expansion of new sites or services within the account.Own full P&L accountability for the account, delivering budgeted revenue, profitability, and operating margins.Drive cost optimization across food cost, labor, Overheads without compromising service quality or client satisfaction.Ensure effective financial controls, accurate forecasting, variance analysis, and governance.Proactively anticipate client needs, manage change requests, and align service delivery with evolving business requirements.Minimum RequirementGraduate / Post Graduate in Hotel Management or Management preferred10–12+ years of experience in Operations within Food Services, Hospitality, IFM, or Corporate ServicesProven experience managing large corporate or BFSI clients is highly preferredPrior exposure to multi-site operations and complex stakeholder environmentsExperience in account retention, revenue growth, and mobilization will be an added advantageHigh proficiency in MIS, Excel, presentations, dashboards, and reporting
