With a significant increase in the number of apps an average seller uses to perform their day-to-day business activities, financial institutions are looking to consolidate their tech stack. In addition,werealize that we have an opportunity to become an insurance “core system” by owning the end-to end advisor life cycle - recruitment, onboarding, training, selling, engagement and performance management.About the RoleClient Onboarding & DeliveryLead end-to-end onboarding and launch implementations for new and existing customers (Discovery → Planning → Delivery → Go-live).Act as the face of Vymo for clients, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery experiences.Manage senior business and IT stakeholder relationships across enterprise accounts.Agile Execution & GovernancePlan and execute delivery using Agile/Scrum, aligning sprint goals with customer milestones.Own delivery governance — scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change management.Assess and communicate the technical impact of change requests (effort, risk, regression).Ensure adherence to engineering standards, release protocols, and quality benchmarks.Release, Go-Live & Post-LaunchDrive go-live readiness including code freeze coordination, deployment checklists, and sign-offs.Coordinate production deployments and hypercare with Engineering, QA, Infra, and Support teams.Lead incident triage and RCA for post-launch issues and track preventive actions to closure.Monitor post-release stability and adoption metrics to ensure sustained success.Cross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver at scale.Mentor and guide Project Managers on delivery excellence, customer management, and execution.Contribute to process improvements, best practices, playbooks, and scalable delivery frameworks.Technical Delivery OwnershipPartner with Engineering, Product, and Solutions to plan delivery with a strong understanding of system behavior, constraints, and dependencies.Lead technical discovery to surface integration points, data flows, configuration needs, and non-functional requirements early.Review solution and integration approaches from a delivery and operational readiness lens.Anticipate and manage technical dependencies and integration risks across Dev, QA, UAT, and Prod.Track readiness of APIs, middleware, data migration, and third-party integrations, flagging gaps early.Ensure performance, security, observability, and rollback plans are in place before go-live.Drive alignment on what “ready” means at every stage to enable predictable releases and smoother launches.RequirementsExcellent customer communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills (solve the issue and get things done attitude)High sense of ownership and customer obsessionConsiderable experience managing product implementations in US (SaaS, BFSI experience added advantage) and collaborating between US Leadership , India Engineering Team, and Customers.Good working experience (2-3 for junior and 5+ for senior) with Agile methodology using JIRA (certifications added advantage) Hands-on technical knowledge in understanding Data flows, Integrations aspects (API, middleware), architectureExperience managing cross-functional teams (not directly reporting) and Project managers (for Sr Project Manager)
