Summary:The Learning & Effectiveness (L&E) Corporate Training Curriculum Design Assistant Manager supports assigned Business Learning Leaders, Program/ Project Managers and more senior Curriculum Designers in the Learning & Effectiveness function and is responsible to consult with internal clients to design, develop and deploy high-quality compliance and mandatory training that aligns to and ensures attainment of internal client’s business objectives. The Curriculum Design Assistant Manager, specializing in compliance and mandatory training design, fully leads training solution design and works closely with project managers through implementation.Responsibilities:Consult with internal business leaders and learning leaders to design and develop creative learning/training courses and curriculum. Specifically, this role will focus on the design and development of compliance and mandatory training design and development.
