The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Nexthink solutions and be a master in PowerShell scripting to enhance our IT operations and user experience.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement Nexthink solutions to optimize end-user experience and IT operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate processes and improve system efficiencies.Conduct training sessions and workshops for IT staff on Nexthink functionalities and best practices.Monitor and analyze user experience data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Provide expert guidance on Nexthink integrations with existing IT infrastructure.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Nexthink deployments and configurations.Qualifications:8+ years of End User Computing (EUC) engineering experience.4 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Nexthink solutions.Strong mastery of PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Preferred Skills:Experience with Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).Knowledge of C# and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) is an added advantage.Experience with other endpoint management tools and technologies.Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools related to user experience.Relevant certifications in Nexthink or related technologies.
