Following its $650 million Series E funding round in August 2021, the Company is valued at $3.2 billion, and is backed by Accel, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Leeds Illuminate, Prosus Ventures, Sequoia Capital India, and Bertelsmann.About the Role:We are looking for a professional for the IT Program & Webinar Coordinator role, responsible for providing technical support to the Academic Management area, ensuring the proper functioning of digital platforms and delivering high-quality service to internal users.This role is key to ensuring the operational continuity of learning environments and the effective execution of digital academic activities.Key Responsibilities:Provide first-level technical support to the Academic Management team.Manage the creation, duplication, and maintenance of LMS campuses.Administer user onboarding/offboarding and role assignments.Configure and support synchronous sessions in Zoom.Integrate academic certificates and badges into campuses (via Accredible).Edit and publish recordings of synchronous sessions on the platforms.Coordinate with internal technical teams to implement improvements and integrations.Ensure high standards of service quality and user support.Required Skills & Qualification:Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and EnglishPrevious experience in Helpdesk support (Level 1).Knowledge of tools such as Zoom and Opencast.Experience managing LMS platforms (preferably Canvas) and CRM systems (Salesforce).Basic knowledge of HTML.Key Competencies:Problem-solving orientation.Proactivity and organizational skills.Effective communication.Customer-oriented mindset.Strong teamwork skills.Emeritus provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.In press:
