About WobbleWobble is a Gen Z-first smartphone brand by Indkal Technologies. Our flagship, Wobble One, is built for creators — 50MP front camera with 4K HDR, Sony LYTIA 600 rear sensor with OIS, and a Dolby Vision AMOLED display in a 7.8mm frosted glass body. The phone is a content creation machine. We need a Content Development Manager who treats it that way.The RoleThis is a production-first role. You'll be responsible for building and running Wobble's content engine — from scouting talent and planning shoots to setting up an in-house studio capability and ensuring a consistent output of high-quality Reels, Stories, and video content across platforms.You'll work with local creators, influencers, models, and videographers to produce content that feels native to the platforms it lives on. You'll also be instrumental in establishing our in-house production setup — equipment, workflows, shoot protocols — so we can move fast without always depending on external agencies.What You'll DoCONTENT PRODUCTION — SHOOTS & VIDEOPlan and execute photo shoots and video shoots for Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and campaign visualsDirect on-ground shoots — managing talent, crew, location, props, and product stylingDevelop and maintain a monthly shoot calendar aligned to product launches, campaigns, and platform momentsEnsure Wobble One's camera capabilities (front camera, OIS, 4K HDR) are central to all content — both as the subject and the toolOwn the post-production pipeline: briefing editors, reviewing cuts, and approving final deliverablesINFLUENCER & TALENT DEVELOPMENTIdentify and onboard local creators, micro-influencers, and content talent aligned to Wobble's Gen Z audienceBuild and manage an ongoing roster of creators across cities — Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kochi, HyderabadDevelop long-form creator relationships, not just one-off paid posts — think content series, brand residencies, ambassador pipelinesBrief creators clearly: reference content, shot lists, platform formats, brand voice guidelinesReview and approve creator deliverables before publish — quality control is non-negotiableTrack creator performance and build data-backed decisions on who to scale and who to rotate outIN-HOUSE STUDIO SETUP & OPERATIONSLead the planning and setup of Wobble's in-house content studio — equipment procurement, lighting rigs, backdrops, audioEstablish shoot SOPs: lighting setups, product staging protocols, shoot day schedules, equipment checklistsBuild a small but efficient in-house production capability so the brand can shoot content on short notice without agency dependencyManage and maintain studio inventory and production assetsCONTENT STRATEGY & PLATFORM ALIGNMENTWork with the marketing team to align content output with the paid media calendar, campaign windows, and city rollout plansStay close to platform trends — what's working on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X — and bring those insights into the content planBuild a UGC pipeline that turns Wobble One customers into organic content creatorsMaintain a content library — organised, tagged, and ready for use across owned and paid channelsWhat We're Looking ForMUST HAVE3–6 years of hands-on content production experience — shoots, Reels, video, influencer coordinationProven experience working with influencers or local creators, from brief to deliveryComfortable on a shoot set — you've directed talent, managed crew, and solved problems in real timeStrong eye for visual quality: framing, lighting, on-brand aestheticsExperience in consumer electronics, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C preferred — you understand product contentBased in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru; comfortable travelling to other cities for shoots and activationsSTRONG ADVANTAGEPrior experience setting up or managing a content studio or in-house production setupExisting creator network in Bengaluru or other Tier 1 Indian citiesHands-on video editing proficiency (Premiere, Filmora, or equivalent) for review and rough-cut feedbackFamiliarity with smartphone camera capabilities and mobile-first content productionUnderstanding of paid social content requirements — aspect ratios, hook windows, format specsWHO YOU AREYou're a producer at heart — you don't wait for perfect conditions, you create themYou have taste and the ability to articulate it clearly to talent and crewYou're organised.
