The selected candidate will design, develop, and deliver learning materials that align with industry-specific goals. Key responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, creating instructional designs, developing curricula, managing learning programs, and ensuring alignment with corporate learning objectives. Collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design innovative and engaging learning solutions will also be expected.QualificationsExpertise in Needs Analysis and assessing training requirements 5-6 years of experience must as a Instructional Designer in technical domain.Proficiency in Instructional Design and developing learning strategiesExperience in Training & Development and facilitating learning programsSkills in Learning Management and e-learning course deliveryKnowledge of Curriculum Development for technical and specialized industriesStrong analytical, communication, and project management skillsAviation or aerospace engineering knowledge is a plusProficiency with e-learning tools and platforms is highly desirableMaster’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is preferred
