We are looking for an Industrial Designer to help shape the physical product experience across beauty tools, packaging, accessories, fixtures, and future hardware-led consumer products.Role OverviewYou will drive industrial design from concept to production, translating user needs, brand direction, and business requirements into thoughtful, manufacturable products. This role requires strong taste, practical problem-solving, and deep attention to form, function, materials, ergonomics, and production feasibility.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign physical products across beauty, personal care, tools, packaging, and retail touchpointsDevelop concepts, sketches, CAD models, renders, mockups, and prototypesBalance aesthetics, usability, cost, manufacturability, and brand fitWork closely with NPD, packaging, sourcing, engineering, and vendors to bring products into productionEvaluate materials, finishes, mechanisms, CMF, and structural detailsImprove product usability, ergonomics, assembly, and perceived qualitySupport rapid iteration through prototyping, sampling, testing, and vendor feedbackBuild clear design specifications for execution with manufacturersRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field3–8 years of relevant experience in consumer products, beauty, accessories, packaging, or related categoriesStrong portfolio showing excellent form development, detail sensitivity, and manufacturable design thinkingProficiency in CAD and visualization tools such as Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot, Blender, or equivalentStrong understanding of materials, production processes, and vendor developmentHigh ownership, taste, speed, and attention to detailGood to HaveExperience in beauty, personal care, packaging, or lifestyle consumer productsExposure to tooling, prototyping, retail fixtures, or mass manufacturingAbility to work across both 2D and 3D product experiencesWhy Join UsYou will get to build products at scale, shape how millions experience beauty physically, and work closely with a fast-moving team obsessed with product quality, design, and execution.
