Job Title: Business Development Manager – US StaffingLocation: RemoteExperience: 8+ years (Mandatory: US staffing sales with direct client acquisition)Role OverviewWe are hiring a pure Business Development (Hunter) professional for the US staffing market. The focus is on acquiring new direct clients and driving revenue growth.This is not an account management role.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new client acquisition in the US market (direct clients only)Build and convert a strong outbound pipeline (cold outreach, networking, referrals)Own the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → meetings → closure)Identify and close opportunities across contract, C2C, W2, and FTE staffing modelsEstablish long-term client relationships and repeat businessWork closely with delivery teams to ensure successful closures and fulfillmentMandatory Requirements5+ years of experience in US staffing business developmentProven track record of onboarding direct US clients (mandatory)Strong understanding of US staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099)Demonstrated ability to generate leads, open doors, and close deals independentlyExperience in hunting roles (NOT account management)Good to HaveExposure to Life Sciences / Healthcare / IT staffingExisting client network in the USWhat We’re NOT Looking ForAccount ManagersDelivery-focused profiles without sales experienceCandidates without direct client acquisition experience
