Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Officer located in Bengaluru. The Legal Officer will be responsible for managing legal matters, preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with business and contract law, and providing legal counsel for corporate matters. In addition, the role involves overseeing contracts, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements while supporting the company’s operational and strategic goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Law and general understanding of corporate legal principlesStrong knowledge of Contract Law and expertise in handling legal agreementsProven skills in Legal Consulting to advise on risks, compliance, and regulatory requirementsExperience in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing agreementsSolid understanding and application of fundamental Legal principlesExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Law or relevant field (LLB or equivalent); advanced certifications are a plusStrong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
