Senior Architect – Architecture & Urban Infrastructure Projects Company: Skyline Architectural Consultant Location: Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: Full-Time About Skyline Architectural Consultant Skyline Architectural Consultant is a multidisciplinary design and consultancy firm delivering architecture, infrastructure advisory across public and private sector projects. We work closely with government bodies, developers, and investors to deliver sustainable and financially viable infrastructure projects across India. Role Overview: We are seeking a collaborative and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design and coordination for large-scale urban, institutional, commercial, and infrastructure-related projects. The role involves design leadership, project coordination, and ensuring quality delivery from concept to execution. This position is ideal for professionals with strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, and experience working on government and large-scale projects in the Indian context. Key Responsibilities ·      Lead Design: Drive architectural design through all phases—from concept and schematic design to detailed drawings and execution support. ·      Deliver Quality: Produce and review high-quality drawing packages (GFC/IFC), specifications, BOQs, and tender documents. ·      Collaborate: Work closely with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and planning teams to ensure our designs are seamlessly integrated. ·      Manage Projects: Keep multiple projects on track, ensuring they meet timelines, quality benchmarks, and client goals. ·      Build Relationships: Act as a key point of contact for clients, government authorities, and contractors. ·      Ensure Compliance: Navigate and apply local building bye-laws, the National Building Code (NBC), and green building norms. ·      Mentorship: Guide and support junior architects, helping to build our team's capabilities and design standards. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized University / Institution • Registered with Council of Architecture (COA) • 5+ years of professional experience, specifically grounded in end-to-end project delivery (design,      documentation, coordination, and execution support). • Proven experience in institutional, commercial, residential, urban redevelopment, or infrastructure projects Software Skills  * Core: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.  * Preferred: Experience with Revit / BIM, SketchUp, and rendering software like Lumion or Enscape is highly valued.
