This is a builder role, for someone who sees a broken workflow and can’t help but fix it.You’ll operate at the intersection of:• U.S. healthcare claims (837/835) • Denial logic, underpayments, written off claims, provider contracts • AI systems, validating, challenging, and improving outputsWhat you’ll own:Break down complex denial scenarios and identify missed revenue Validate and challenge AI outputs (critical) Work on real cases: appeals, write-offs, payer errors Audit zero-balance and written-off claims to uncover recovery opportunities Build logic and workflows that power our productsWhat we’re looking for:Experience with zero-balance audits, write-offs, or aged AR recovery Strong understanding of why claims get written off (and when that’s wrong) Strong analytical thinking (Excel required, SQL/Python a plus) You’ve built something: automation, dashboards, workflows Ability to think independently and question outputs Immediate joiner (or max 2 weeks)This role is for people who: Take ownership.
