Role Description This is a contract and remote role for a Finastra's Payplus v9.3.7 Subject Matter Expert (SME). The SME will be responsible for providing expertise in the Payplus v9.3.7 application, supporting system configurations, troubleshooting, upgrading, and integrating the application. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, offering guidance in payment system workflows, and ensuring seamless system operations for meeting business requirements. Qualifications In-depth knowledge and expertise in Finastra Payplus v9.3.7 software and related payment systemsStrong troubleshooting, configuration, and system integration skillsExperience in working with payment workflows and financial transaction systemsProject management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage deliverables in a remote settingEffective communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teamsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent work experiencePrior experience in the financial technology space is a plus
