About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented eCommerce Executive to manage and grow our presence on Amazon, with secondary responsibility for our Shopify storefront. This role sits at the intersection of marketplace operations, logistics coordination, and digital execution — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon (Primary)Manage end-to-end Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central operations including listings, inventory, pricing, and account healthCreate, optimize, and maintain product listings — titles, bullet points, A+ content, backend keywords, and imagesMonitor and manage FBA inventory levels, shipment plans, and reconciliationTrack and resolve account issues, listing suppressions, and policy violationsAnalyze performance metrics (Buy Box %, conversion rate, ACOS, TACOS) and take corrective actionRun and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaignsCoordinate with the supply chain/warehouse team on inbound shipments and stock planningStay updated with Amazon policy changes and algorithm updatesShopify (Secondary)Maintain and update the Shopify store — product uploads, collections, banners, and contentCoordinate with marketing on promotions, discount codes, and campaign launchesMonitor store performance via Shopify Analytics and flag issuesEnsure product catalogue consistency across Amazon and Shopify What We're Looking For2–4 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor CentralWorking knowledge of Shopify (store management, product listing, basic troubleshooting)Strong understanding of Amazon's A9/A10 algorithm, FBA operations, and advertising consoleProficient in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar (preferred)Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and inventory trackingEye for detail — especially around catalogue accuracy and content qualityProactive, self-managed, and able to flag issues before they escalate Good to HaveExperience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content creationBasic understanding of SEO and keyword researchFamiliarity with Shopify apps (Reviews, Upsell, Inventory sync, etc.)Exposure to D2C brand operations What You'll GetOwnership of a live, revenue-generating channel from day oneCollaborative team with a lean and fast decision-making structureOpportunity to grow into a senior eCommerce role as the business scales Want me to adjust the tone (more corporate vs. startup), add a compensation band, or tweak any section?
