Sipani Properties strives to create residential and commercial spaces where quality and innovation merge seamlessly.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located at our Bengaluru office for the role of Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee and manage financial operations, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial risks, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The role will involve liaising with internal teams and external partners to maintain effective financial practices and support strategic decision-making.QualificationsPrior experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly desirablePreparation and finalization of Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheet on a percentage completion basis.Complete knowledge of GST, including preparation, filing, and compliance for monthly, quarterly, and annual returns.Preparation, review, and submission of management reports (daily, monthly, and quarterly), including fund flow statements and budgeting.Proficiency in financial auditing and regulatory complianceExperience in managing cash flow, cost control, and financial reportingProficiency in accounting software and financial management toolsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CA certification is a plus)Prior experience in RERA compliance, including preparation and submission of required reports
