Mangalam University is seeking a creative and dynamic Lead – Social Media & Content Creator to develop engaging content and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content, increasing brand awareness, and driving engagement across multiple digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Create, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Develop content strategies aligned with the university’s branding and marketing goals Manage daily social media activities including posting, commenting, and responding to messages Collaborate with internal teams to create content for campaigns, events, and promotions Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay relevant Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaigns Handle influencer collaborations and digital campaigns when required Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 5–6 years of experience in social media management and content creation Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
