In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.Role: Assistant Finance ManagerWe are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance team as an Assistant Finance Manager. This role is focused primarily on core accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in managing financial operations independently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage monthly, quarterly, and annual book closureFinalization of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards Oversee GL scrutiny, reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer)Maintain accuracy in financial records and reportingManage end-to-end GST compliance (GSTR-1, 3B, reconciliation, annual returns)Handle TDS, Income Tax, Advance Tax calculations & filingsCoordinate for tax audits and respond to notices, if anyEnsure compliance with Companies Act and other statutory requirementsCoordinate with internal and statutory auditorsDesired ProfileQualified CA with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experienceStrong exposure to accounting finalization & taxationHands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle / Zoho etc.)High attention to detail and compliance-driven mindsetStrong analytical and communication skillsWhy Join?High-growth and ownership-driven environmentStrong exposure to business financeOpportunity to work closely with leadershipCompetitive compensation
