The position involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls with US-based clients while ensuring high-quality service and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle voice interactions with US healthcare customers professionallyAddress patient/provider queries related to healthcare servicesUse Saber tool or ticketing software to manage and track casesMaintain accurate records of customer interactionsEnsure adherence to compliance standards such as HIPAAMeet quality and performance metricsEligibility CriteriaMandatory: Experience in US Healthcare voice processMandatory: Experience with Saber tool or any ticketing softwarePrior experience in international call centers (US/UK preferred)Good understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)Excellent English communication skillsUndergraduate candidates are welcomeTechnical RequirementsPersonal laptop/PC with Windows 11Minimum 16 GB RAMDual-screen setup (Laptop + 1 external monitor)High-speed, stable internet connectionWork RequirementsComfortable working night shifts (US time zones)Ability to work independently in a remote setupStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAdditional InformationLong-term contract (3–5 years stability)Opportunity to build expertise in the US healthcare and ticketing tools domain
