We’re looking for a high-ownership HR & Operations Lead to build and manage the people and process backbone of a fast-growing fashion startup. This role combines recruitment, people operations, and day-to-day business ops.Key ResponsibilitiesHiring & Talent AcquisitionOwn end-to-end hiring across functions (design, sourcing, ops, marketing)Build strong candidate pipelines and close roles fastImprove hiring quality through structured processes and assessmentsEnsure a strong candidate experience 2. HR Operations & People ManagementSet up and manage core HR processes:Onboarding & inductionAttendance, payroll coordinationPerformance trackingAct as the first point of contact for employee concernsBuild a strong, high-performance culture 3. Business Operations SupportDrive day-to-day operational coordination across teamsTrack key tasks, deadlines, and execution across functionsBring structure to chaos — ensure things don’t fall through gaps 4. Process BuildingCreate simple, scalable processes for:HiringOnboardingInternal communicationContinuously improve efficiency across teamsIdeal Candidate Profile3–7 years of experience in HR, operations, or startup generalist rolesStrong bias for action — gets things done without over-structuringComfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication and people skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedWho are we?
