Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)Post job openings on job portals and social platformsScreen resumes and shortlist candidatesCoordinate interviews with internal teamsMaintain candidate database and hiring trackers2. HR OperationsSupport implementation of HR policies and processesAssist in onboarding and offboarding activitiesMaintain employee records, attendance, and leave dataHelp organize employee engagement activitiesAddress basic employee queries and escalate when needed3. Accounting & Finance SupportAssist in maintaining invoices, expenses, and recordsSupport in payroll data preparationCoordinate with accountant/CA for basic tasksMaintain proper documentation of financial records4.
