Job Description: UKG Technical ConsultantSystem Integration & Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex data integrations between UKG Pro/WFM and external third-party systems (ERP, Benefits, Payroll) using Dell Boomi, APIs (REST/SOAP), and SQL.Technical Configuration: Lead the end-to-end technical setup of Workforce Management modules, including the programming of intricate pay rules, accrual policies, attendance patterns, and automated scheduling logic to ensure labor compliance.Data Migration & Transformation: Execute large-scale data migrations by writing advanced SQL scripts for data mapping and cleansing, ensuring the integrity of historical HR and payroll records during system implementations or upgrades.Business Intelligence & Reporting: Build and optimize advanced analytical dashboards and custom reports using UKG Analytics, Power BI, or Cognos to provide stakeholders with actionable insights into workforce productivity and labor costs.
