About the Role:We’re looking for a mid-level Art Director (4–6 years experience) to lead and execute compelling visual storytelling across campaigns, brand identities, and digital content.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and take ownership of a key account in the entertainment space (national TV channel vertical).This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, creatively strong, and ready to step into leadership responsibilities without being at a senior/Creative Director level.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute innovative design concepts, campaigns, and brand systemsCollaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to deliver integrated solutionsLead visual direction while staying hands-on with design executionPresent ideas clearly to internal teams and clientsEnsure consistency across all brand touchpointsDeliver high-quality work within timelines in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:4–6 years of experience in design (agency experience preferred)Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, branding, and visual storytellingProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Good communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively and take ownership of projectsStrong understanding of branding, marketing, and current design trendsLocation: Bangalore (Nandidurga Road)Compensation: ₹6–9 LPA, depending on experience and skillsetAdditional Information:This is a mid-level role — not suitable for senior candidates (8+ years experience)Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a creative assessment assignment
