About Inspire Brands:Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies. The company’s technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company’s business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with the administration of and compliance with all aspects of the franchise related development and franchise agreements and franchise disclosure requirementsUpdate all contract related information into applicable databases and save executed documents to correct digital filesAccurately prepare all required transaction documents for new development, upcoming openings, transfers, amendments, terminations and closings in accordance to franchise law and Inspire policiesSupport cross-functional team membersComplete a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment ensuring delivery to the franchisee or company representative, receiving sign/returned documents, reviewing for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring enclosure of all funds dueEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:Required Minimum: 5 Years BALLB DegreePreferred Minimum: 2 years of work experience in franchising and/or contracts administrationREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES:General proficiency and understanding of the franchising industry and FTC regulatory compliance for the franchising industryProficiency with MS Office Suite, database management, FRM, Salesforce, and OracleStrong written/verbal communication skillsSelf-starter/ability to work independently to maintain workloadAbility to successfully form business relationships with franchiseesExceptional customer focus, approachability, organizations skills, and ability to consistently prioritize, delegate, coordinate, and satisfy numerous competing demands and successfully achieve deadline-driven results and effectively achieve business objectivesProven ability to be open to change and agile in a dynamic environmentStrong sense of urgency
