Job Purpose Primarily responsible for O2C related activity, transaction accounting for P2P in F&A department, support in financial period closing and MIS. Tracking of KPI. Responsibility of day-to-day GST compliance.Role Description Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting sales team in creation of SKU’s and mapping them to GL accountsRaising invoices to customers after verifying the quantity/rate etc. to be billedCreating GL accounts for receivables accountingEnsuring correctness of invoices and reconciliation with GST etc.Collection accounting, BRS for collection accounting.Reporting of ageing of receivables, preparing MIS / regular reporting to all concerned for actionIdentification of key matrices for sales / collection / outstanding etc. and monitoring themCustomer wise profitability. Should be able to prepare periodic reports on WBS/Cost centre / profit centre wise Cost / profitability/customer account profitability calculation in SAP and reporting.Regularly monitoring for any potential revenue leakages and taking appropriate measures.Customer documentation verification and creating customer codes.Reports generation for business consumption.Supportive role in SAP – ‘FI’ day to day activities for business. Month end / quarter end process in SAP for receivables / revenue including accrual accounting / reporting to be ensured.Ensure and monitor TDS on customer bills accounted, GST reconciliation for output & deposit and compliance including any other associated reconciliation etc.Ensure support for auditing of receivables for internal / external auditors.Budget vs actual and Month-on-month/ Quarter-on-quarter variance analysis.Revenue related process improvement and automations on SAPQualifications and ExperienceEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)Degree in Commerce with additional qualification such as /CA Intermediate /ICWA Intermediate.RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional experience and specific exposure required). 6-10 Years experienceHands on experience on SAP (FI & SD Module Preferably)Working knowledge in accounting systems & listed companies auditing processes. Should be able to communicate effectively. Positive attitude. Ability to support cross functionally to enable business operations. Working knowledge of Indirect and direct taxation.
