The ideal candidate will lead creative thinking, craft impactful campaigns, and collaborate closely with design, strategy, and client servicing teams to deliver engaging brand communication across platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead creative ideation for digital campaigns, brand launches, and integrated marketing initiativesWrite and oversee high-quality copy across digital, social media, websites, videos, and campaignsDevelop brand voice and messaging frameworks for clientsCollaborate with designers, strategists, and account teams to execute campaignsPresent creative concepts and ideas to internal teams and clientsEnsure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all communicationMentor junior copywriters and guide them on creative executionStay updated with industry trends, pop culture, and digital-first content formatsHandle multiple brands and projects simultaneously while maintaining qualityRequirements4+ years of experience in copywriting / creative roles (agency experience preferred)Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-led thinking and copywritingExcellent storytelling and conceptual thinking abilitiesExperience working on digital and social media campaignsStrong presentation and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectsExperience in leading or mentoring junior team members is a plusPreferred SkillsExperience in influencer-led campaignsVideo scripting and content ideationBrand positioning and messaging developmentIntegrated campaign experience (Digital + Offline preferred)
