The candidate will be responsible to assist our architectural and engineering teams in creating accurate and detailed 3D models and design, construction documents. They will interact with technical team to understand their requirements, manage project timelines, and collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, modify, and maintain detailed Revit models and BIM documentationPrepare construction drawings: plans, sections, elevations, schedulesCoordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants for design integrationEnsure accuracy and compliance with project standards and codesConduct quality checks and manage documentation timelinesImplement BIM best practices for improved efficiencyRequired Qualifications & SkillsDiploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum 3+ years of relevant industry experienceStrong expertise in Autodesk Revit (Mandatory)Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUpSolid understanding of architectural and engineering drawingsGood communication and coordination skillsStrong attention to detail and time management
