We need a motion graphics and video editing leader who can architect high-impact visual narratives, build production systems that leverage cutting-edge AI workflows, and create scroll-stopping content that drives business results across every channel.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo production systems: Design, build, and scale a comprehensive video production framework that supports high-volume content needs across product demos, marketing campaigns, social content, and internal communications. Create reusable templates, animation presets, and workflow automation that enable fast, consistent, on-brand video production across multiple business units.Storytelling through motion: Plan, script, edit, and produce compelling video narratives that transform complex advertising tech features into clear, engaging stories. Design and animate motion graphics, kinetic typography, UI animations, explainer sequences, and data visualizations that make technical concepts accessible and memorable. Thumbnail & social optimization: Create scroll-stopping video thumbnails and social-first video formats optimized for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other marketing channels. Apply viral video strategy principles, platform-specific best practices, and data-driven iteration to maximize engagement and view-through rates.AI-powered workflow innovation:Leverage emerging AI tools for editing automation, smart captioning, asset generation, rotoscoping, color grading, and workflow acceleration. Stay ahead of the curve on AI-assisted production techniques that deliver faster turnarounds without compromising creative quality.Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Brand Design, and leadership teams to develop creative briefs, storyboards, and visual scripts that align video content with business objectives. Translate product roadmaps and marketing strategies into compelling visual communication.Multi-channel execution: Optimize and adapt video content for diverse distribution channels including website hero sections, product interfaces, pitch decks, conference presentations, paid social campaigns, organic content, and email marketing. Ensure technical specifications, aspect ratios, compression standards, and accessibility requirements are met for each platform.Brand consistency guardian: Ensure every video asset aligns with established brand guidelines across typography, color systems, animation styles, tone of voice, and visual identity. Extend and evolve video templates, motion language, and visual treatments that reinforce our multi-brand ecosystem.Production excellence at scale: Manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail, maintaining organized file structures, version control systems, and asset libraries. Deliver on deadline while maintaining creative and technical standards that elevate our brand presence.Trend intelligence: Stay current on evolving best practices in product demo videos, motion design trends, AI-assisted editing workflows, thumbnail psychology, viral content strategies, and platform algorithm changes. Bring fresh creative approaches and innovative techniques that keep our video content competitive.Required Skills & Experience8–10 years in motion graphics and video editing, with proven experience creating high-performing video content for tech, SaaS, or digital-first brands.Motion & editing mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong foundation in motion design principles, kinetic typography, compositing, color grading, and sound design.AI workflow adoption: Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools (Kling, Veo, Sora, Freepik, Adobe Firefly, or similar) into production workflows for efficiency gains. Curiosity and adaptability to leverage emerging technologies.Strategic storytelling: Deep understanding of narrative structure, pacing, visual hierarchy, and how video serves business goals. Ability to transform technical features into compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.Portfolio proof: A standout showreel demonstrating product demos, explainer videos, social content, motion graphics work, and examples of systemized video production. Include metrics or results where possible (views, engagement, conversion impact).Multi-channel expertise: Experience optimizing content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, presentations, and in-app experiences. Understanding of platform-specific formats, compression standards, and accessibility requirements (captions, transcripts).Viral video intelligence: Knowledge of what makes video content shareable, clickable, and algorithm-friendly. Experience with A/B testing thumbnails, analyzing performance data, and iterating based on metrics.Systems thinker: Proven ability to build templates, libraries, and production frameworks—not just one-off assets. Experience creating reusable motion graphics systems, animation presets, and workflow documentation.Communicator & collaborator: Articulate creative rationale confidently to non-creative stakeholders. Translate business objectives and product requirements into compelling visual strategies. Comfort presenting concepts and incorporating feedback.Execution discipline: Highly organized with strong project management skills. Ability to balance creative ambition with production realities, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.Bonus: Experience with Figma for storyboarding or UI animation handoff, 3D motion graphics (Cinema 4D, Blender), or programmatic video generation workflows.Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or equivalent professional experience.
