The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include evaluating communication needs, implementing therapy plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic care for clients. The candidate will work in a client-centered environment that values quality care and professional development.QualificationsProficiency in Speech Therapy and managing Speech disordersExpertise in diagnosing and treating DysphagiaFamiliarity with assessment and intervention strategies for Communication DisordersExperience in managing and treating Language DisordersStrong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with caregivers and other professionalsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related fieldHold a valid license or certification to practice as a Speech Language PathologistEmpathy, patience, and an ability to motivate clientsPrior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
