As Gotion’s preferred service provider, we specialize in the repair, maintenance, and lifecycle management of EV battery packs supplied to major customers, including Tata Autocomp.Beyond after-sales support, Baoxhin India also manufactures battery packs using Gotion cells. Our expertise is dedicated exclusively to Gotion technology, ensuring full compatibility, high reliability, and consistent performance across all battery pack solutions we deliver.Position - Engineer (EV Battery Pack)Role Summary :-The EV Battery Pack Engineer is responsible for leading factory-level repair, rework, and refurbishment of EV battery packs. This role manages a technical team to diagnose failures, safely dismantle and repair HV battery systems, restore them to production standards, and ensure quality, safety, and traceability.Key Responsibility :-· Lead diagnosis of returned and defective EV battery packs (BMS, modules, wiring, cooling, HV components).· Supervise safe dismantling, module replacement, cell balancing, and reassembly.· Perform BMS reprogramming, CAN diagnostics, and fault code analysis.· Ensure all repairs follow HV safety procedures and ESD standards.· Manage daily work of repair technicians and engineers.· Train technicians on HV safety, tools, and repair SOP.· Ensure repaired packs pass FCT, EOL, insulation, leak, and functional tests.· Maintain repair traceability, repair history, and serial tracking.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.· 5 years experience in EV battery, automotive electronics, or power electronics repair/quality.· Strong knowledge of Lithium-ion battery packs, BMS, CAN, HV safety.· Experience leading repair or service engineering teams.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
