Job Title: Sr. OBDX Technical Consultant (Remote/Freelancing)Job Location: Remote Experience : 8+ YearsRole Overview:We are seeking a skilled OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) Technical Consultant to support the design, development, and implementation of digital banking solutions.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing and integrating OBDX platforms, with strong technical capabilities in Java-based technologies, API integrations, and digital banking transformations. This role requires expertise in delivering secure, scalable, and seamless customer-facing banking experiences.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) platformCustomize and enhance OBDX UI/UX components to improve digital customer journeysDevelop and integrate REST and SOAP APIs with backend banking systemsEnsure secure API design and implementation, including authentication and authorization mechanismsWork on system integrations with core banking and enterprise applicationsSupport digital banking transformation initiativesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in OBDX implementationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutionsPrepare technical documentation and design specificationsRequired Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field8+ years of experience in software development and digital banking solutionsProven experience with Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX)Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, and related technologiesExperience with RESTful and SOAP-based servicesExperience in integrating OBDX with core banking systemsKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of OBDX architecture and customizationExpertise in API security (OAuth, JWT, token-based authentication, secure integration practices)Hands-on experience with Oracle Banking modules, including:OBTFPM (Oracle Banking Trade Finance Process Management)OBVAM (Oracle Banking Virtual Account Management)Proficiency in UI/UX customization within OBDX frameworksSolid understanding of digital banking channels and customer journeysStrong API development and integration capabilitiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and stakeholder managementPreferred SkillsExperience with microservices architecture and cloud environmentsFamiliarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelinesPrior involvement in digital banking transformation programs
