As a key early member, they work closely with founders to make critical product decisions, ensure high-performance code, and manage deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Development: Architect, build, and maintain a production-ready Flutter app (iOS & Android) from the ground up.Product Ownership: Work directly with founders to define product requirements, roadmap, and technical strategy.Technical Excellence: Implement pixel-perfect UI from design files (e.g., Figma), integrate APIs, and ensure robust backend connections.Performance Optimization: Optimize app performance, stability, and security.Code Quality: Implement rigorous testing protocols and maintain high-quality, scalable code.Release Management: Manage the full deployment lifecycle on Google Play and Apple App Store.RequirementsExperience: Proven experience (2+ years) building and deploying Flutter applications.Technical Skills: Mastery of Flutter, Dart, and state management libraries (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).Full-Stack Mindset: Ability to handle or collaborate on backend services, APIs, and data structures.Start-up Mentality: Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
