Role Description The Faculty for Grade 11 and 12 (CBSE, Commerce Stream) will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in core commerce subjects, including Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics. The role involves preparing and conducting classroom sessions, designing evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining detailed student performance records. Faculty will also be expected to mentor students, address their specific academic needs, and coordinate with other academic and sports staff to ensure students can effectively balance academics and sports. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. Qualifications Expertise in teaching Commerce stream subjects such as Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics.Strong instructional skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment.Proficient in communication, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.Ability to provide mentorship and academic guidance to students, encouraging both educational and personal development.Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.Understanding of the unique needs of student-athletes and an ability to support them in balancing academics and sports commitments.A master's degree or higher in Commerce, Economics, or a related field, with prior teaching experience at the high school level under the CBSE curriculum.Passion for education, patience, and dedication to student success.
