The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client engagement and retention.Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support • Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service execution • Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service activities • Ensure client retention and contribute to business growthQualifications & Skills • Graduate in any discipline • Minimum 5+ years of experience in client servicing or account management (preferably B2B) • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively • Self-motivated with a customer-centric approachPreferred Profile • Experience in the Refractory industry will be an added advantage • Proven track record in client relationship management • Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities • Professional and service-oriented mindsetNote: Thyme India Private Limited is an equal opportunity employer.
