You will be the engine of our recruitment process, identifying high-quality talent and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from first contact to interview.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), and professional networks to identify and engage top-tier candidates.Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.End-to-End Coordination: Manage the end-to-end interview lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups with both candidates and hiring managers.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, specifically focusing on digital and technology roles.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to refine search criteria and improve sourcing effectiveness.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years in recruitment or sourcing roles.Core Competencies: Proven expertise in Sourcing, Screening, and Interview Coordination.Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced Boolean search techniques.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to represent the Movate brand effectively.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsDirect experience working within a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment model.Experience in the IT services or digital transformation industry.Why Join Movate?At Movate, you will be part of a global team that values innovation and diversity.
