Backed by NTF Group, Zen Mobility is scaling rapidly across enterprise fleet deployments and national distribution partnerships.About the RoleWe are looking for a commercially sharp and execution-oriented finance professional to own the accounts and finance function across both business units. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of manufacturing finance (ZenMo) and asset-backed fleet finance (ZenFlo) — requiring the ability to manage cost structures, leasing P&Ls, institutional debt, and compliance simultaneously.The role demands someone who can move between operational detail and strategic financial planning, and who is comfortable engaging with lenders, auditors, and internal leadership with equal confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & MIS•      Own monthly MIS covering consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow for both ZenMo and ZenFlo•      Prepare BU-level reporting that distinguishes manufacturing margins (ZenMo) from fleet leasing economics (ZenFlo)•      Track unit economics per vehicle model — cost of production, warranty provisions, and contribution margins•      Prepare management reports and financial summaries for board and investor reviewZenMo — Manufacturing Finance•      Manage accounts for the vehicle manufacturing business: raw material costs, BOM tracking, inventory valuation, and WIP accounting•      Monitor and report on FAME subsidy receivables, PLI scheme compliance, and EV incentive accounting•      Oversee vendor payments, purchase order reconciliation, and supplier credit terms•      Work with the supply chain team on cost reduction initiatives and landed cost analysisZenFlo — Fleet & Leasing Finance•      Manage the financial reporting for the fleet leasing business: lease income recognition, depreciation schedules, and residual value accounting•      Track per-fleet P&L across enterprise clients — deployment costs, maintenance provisions, and lease yield•      Support structuring and documentation for asset-backed financing and fleet funding facilities•      Manage collections from enterprise clients and monitor debtor ageing across fleet contractsTreasury & Working Capital•      Manage daily cash position and short-term cash flow forecasting across both BUs•      Optimise working capital: balance sheet cycles across vehicle inventory, fleet assets, vendor payables, and client receivables•      Coordinate draw-downs, repayments, and reporting obligations on term loan and credit facilities•      Maintain banking relationships and manage operational banking across current and escrow accountsCompliance & Audit•      Ensure timely compliance with GST (including EV-specific rates and ITC on capital goods), TDS, PF/ESI, and ROC filings•      Lead statutory audit closure and coordinate with external auditors•      Maintain transfer pricing documentation for inter-BU transactions between ZenMo and ZenFlo•      Stay current on EV sector regulatory and tax developments with financial impact on the businessBudgeting & FP&A•      Lead the annual operating plan for both ZenMo and ZenFlo with department-level budgets•      Prepare rolling 13-week cash forecasts and monthly variance analysis vs actuals•      Partner with sales and operations to model fleet deployment economics and vehicle pricing scenarios•      Support the long-range financial plan, including capital expenditure planning for 4W product developmentSystems & Team•      Own and strengthen ERP and accounting systems (Tally ERP / SAP or equivalent)•      Implement controls and workflows appropriate for a dual-BU structure with shared services•      Build and manage the core accounts team;
