This is a high-velocity hunter role for someone who thrives on closing enterprise deals and is driven by strong incentives and accelerated career growth as the company scales toward a ₹100 Cr milestone. The role offers in-house generated qualified leads, a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH), and access to cutting-edge Agentic AI sales tools such as Clay, Apollo, and Runo—allowing you to focus entirely on closing, not prospecting.Job Title: Manager / Assistant Sales Manager (Account Executive)Location: Sarjapur Road, Bangalore (Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH)Experience:3–5 years of proven /"hunting/" experience in a B2B SaaS environment.Educational Qualification: GraduateAbout the role: We are looking for a high-performing Manager / Assistant Sales Manager (Account Executive) to drive enterprise revenue in a fast-scaling AI LegalTech environment. This is a hunter-led B2B SaaS sales role focused on closing high-value deals with legal and compliance decision-makers. You will operate from a high-energy Sales War Room, supported by strong in-house lead generation and modern AI-driven sales tools.Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end sales cycle from demo to negotiation and closureAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsConduct consultative product demos for GCs, Legal Heads, and IP LeadersWin accounts in competitive and vendor-displacement scenariosMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRMCollaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to maximize deal conversionUse AI-driven sales tools to optimize research, outreach, and deal velocityRequirements:3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in LegalTech or enterprise SaaSProven hunter mindset with a strong track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise dealsExperience managing the full sales cycle—from demos to negotiations and closuresStrong target orientation with the ability to perform in high-pressure, high-velocity environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with senior decision-makersHands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent)Comfortable using modern sales automation and AI toolsBased in Bangalore with readiness for a hybrid work model (Sarjapur/HSR/Bellandur preferred)About Hireginie: Hireginie is a prominent talent search company specializing in connecting top talent with leading organizations.
