Contracts & Commercial ManagementLead end-to-end contract lifecycle management (drafting, negotiation, execution, closure)Handle high-value contract negotiations with contractors, vendors, and consultantsEnsure commercial viability, risk mitigation, and compliance with statutory normsOversee tendering processes (RFI / RFP / RFQ / ITT) and bid evaluations3. Project Procurement (Pre-Opening & Development)Manage procurement for civil, MEP, interiors, and hospitality fit-outsSupport design, planning, and execution teams for timely project deliveryEnsure alignment with brand standards (luxury hotels / wellness retreats)Drive procurement for green / sustainable / LEED-certified projects4. Vendor Management & Supplier DevelopmentBuild and maintain a strong vendor ecosystem (local & international)Lead supplier evaluation, onboarding, and performance managementConduct e-auctions and competitive bidding to ensure best pricingDevelop long-term strategic partnerships with key vendors5. Budgeting, Cost Control & Cash FlowDrive budget planning, cost benchmarking, and variance controlMonitor project and operational procurement budgetsOptimize cash flow, payment cycles, and working capital efficiencyIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality6. Operations ProcurementOversee procurement for ongoing hotel/resort operationsManage sourcing for F&B, retail, spa, and facility managementEnsure uninterrupted supply chain and inventory optimization7.
