Skill: BIM ModelerExperience: 2 - 5 YearsLocation: MumbaiWork Mode: Work From office About the Role:We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler with hands-on experience in developing accurate 3D models and drawings using BIM tools. The role focuses on execution, coordination support, and timely delivery of high-quality models for data center and infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:Create and develop 3D BIM models and 2D drawings using Revit MEP/ElectricalPrepare shop drawings based on LOD 300/350 inputsSupport in development of LOD 400 models for project executionPerform clash detection using Navisworks and assist in issue resolutionCoordinate with internal teams (design, engineering) for model updatesEnsure accuracy and quality of models as per project standardsMaintain proper documentation and version control of models and drawingsAssist in extracting BOQs, layouts, and data sheets from BIM modelsWork on BIM collaboration platforms like BIM 360 / ACC (good to have)Required Skills:Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit (MEP/Electrical) – MandatoryWorking knowledge of Navisworks for clash detectionBasic understanding of AutoCADKnowledge of BIM LOD standards (LOD 300/350/400)Familiarity with data center / structured cabling / AV systems (preferred)Qualifications:BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil2–5 years of relevant BIM modeling experienceBehavioral Skills:Good attention to detailStrong coordination and communication skillsAbility to meet deadlines and work in a team environmentGood to Have:Experience in data center projectsExposure to BIM collaboration tools (BIM 360, ACC)
