About the Role:We’re looking for a Senior Endpoint Engineer / EUC Lead who can go beyond traditional desktop support and play a key role in shaping a secure, scalable, and modern workplace environment.This is not just a support role — it’s an opportunity to own endpoint strategy, drive automation, enhance service delivery, and grow into an IT Service Delivery Manager role.Key Responsibilities:Act as the senior escalation point for complex endpoint and user issues, ensuring high service quality and SLA adherenceOwn and optimize endpoint management platforms (Intune, Autopilot, M365 ecosystem) across the device lifecycleDrive automation and self-service initiatives using scripting (PowerShell) and modern tools to reduce ticket volumesImplement and maintain endpoint security controls aligned with ISO 27001 / SOC2 standardsPartner with InfoSec teams to support audits, compliance, and continuous security improvementsAnalyze support metrics, perform root cause analysis, and proactively improve service performanceContribute to ITSM process maturity (Incident, Problem, Change Management)Lead initiatives and collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance workplace technologyExperiences and Skills:10–15 years of experience in Endpoint / Desktop / EUC Engineering within enterprise environmentsStrong expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, AutopilotHands-on experience managing endpoint lifecycle at scaleSolid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)Experience with endpoint security tools (EDR, patching, conditional access)Exposure to regulated environments (BFSI / Healthcare / similar) is highly preferredStrong working knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL) and service delivery processesExperience in automation / scripting (PowerShell) is a big plusExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
