The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling 3D assets, product renders, and animations that align with our brand identity and elevate our digital presence.Key Responsibilities – 3D Generalist3D Modeling & Asset CreationCreate high-quality 3D models including products, environments, and propsEnsure clean topology and optimized geometry for efficient workflowsTexturing & Material DevelopmentDevelop realistic and stylized textures aligned with project requirementsWork with PBR workflows (albedo, roughness, normal, etc.) for accurate surface detailingMaintain consistency with brand aesthetics for product visualizationsLighting & RenderingDesign lighting setups that enhance mood and highlight product featuresOptimize render settings to balance visual quality and render timeProduce high-quality photorealistic and stylized rendersAnimation & Motion DesignCreate engaging product animations including rotations, reveals, and simulationsApply motion design principles such as timing, spacing, and transitionsWork with keyframes, graph editors, and physics-based simulationsCollaboration & Workflow ManagementCollaborate closely with designers and video editors to ensure cohesive outputsInterpret creative briefs and implement feedback effectivelyIterate based on manager and client feedback in a timely mannerMaintain organized project files and version control for smooth workflowProduct Launch & Video ProductionIdeate and execute compelling 3D product launch videosDevelop storyboards and incorporate feedback during pre-productionEdit final videos with high-quality sound effects, music, and text animationsRequirements5+ years of experience as a 3D Generalist or similar roleStrong portfolio showcasing product visualization and animation workProficiency in tools like Blender / Cinema 4D / Maya / 3ds Max (any)Experience with rendering engines (Octane, Redshift, Arnold, etc.)Understanding of lighting, composition, and branding aestheticsBasic video editing and motion graphics knowledge is a plusWhy Join Ace BlendWork with a fast-growing D2C wellness brandOpportunity to build high-impact visual campaignsCreative freedom with a performance-driven teamHigh ownership and growth opportunities Interested candidate can share their CV & portfolio at
