Data Auditor (AI System Quality & Monitoring)We're hiring a Data Auditor to monitor and report on the quality of our AI-powered products on a daily basis at Rifa AI.You'll review AI agent conversations, flag quality and compliance issues, reconcile data across systems, and produce structured reports that feed directly into product decisions and client communications. This is an analytical, process-driven role — consistency and reporting discipline are non-negotiable. But beyond tracking numbers, we want someone who spots patterns and brings a quality mindset to the work.What you'll do:Audit AI agent conversations (voice and chat) daily against defined quality standardsFlag deviations — wrong responses, missed triggers, incorrect escalations, tone issuesMonitor dashboards, cross-check data across systems, and track discrepanciesGenerate daily and weekly reports for the QA lead and product stakeholdersMaintain structured logs in Google Sheets with issue details and resolution statusWhat we're looking for:1–3 years in data auditing, QA, operations, or a related analytical roleStrong Google Sheets proficiency and high attention to detailAbility to review conversation transcripts and identify deviations from expected outcomesClear, concise written communication — daily reports go to internal stakeholders and clientsProcess-oriented with the ability to work consistently across high volumesGood to have: familiarity with AI chatbot/voicebot products, CRM or workflow tools, basic data reconciliationRemote | CST business hours | Daily reporting cadence is a hard requirement
