About SOLARASOLARA is a fast-growing D2C home & kitchen products brand selling premium drinkware, cookware, and small kitchen appliances. We operate across 10+ channels including Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify D2C, and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart). Role OverviewWe're looking for a Senior Finance Manager to own financial operations, compliance, and business partnering as we scale. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive profitability, cash flow optimization, and build finance infrastructure for a fast growing start up.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Operations & ReportingOwn monthly MIS, P&L by channel, and contribution margin analysis (CM1, CM2, CM3)Build and maintain channel-wise profitability dashboardsDrive weekly/monthly business reviews with actionable insightsManage cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization2. GST & ComplianceEnd-to-end GST compliance across multiple states and warehousesHandle GST audits, reconciliations (GSTR-2A/2B vs books)Manage e-way bills, LUT for exports, and input credit optimizationEnsure TDS/TCS compliance for marketplace transactionsCoordinate with external auditors and consultants3. Marketplace & D2C FinanceReconcile marketplace payments (Amazon VC, Flipkart, quick commerce)Track and recover deductions, chargebacks, and disputesManage payment terms optimization across channelsOwn return economics and inventory write-off analysis4. Business PartneringSupport pricing decisions with margin analysisEvaluate new channel/SKU launches with financial modelsPartner with supply chain on inventory planning and GMROIProvide data-driven insights for strategic decisions5.
