Job Summary:The Store Executive will be responsible for managing inventory, stock handling, inward and outward material movement, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong attention to detail, coordination with kitchen and procurement teams, and ensuring proper stock control to support smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records (raw materials, packaging, consumables)Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishmentFollow FIFO/FEFO methods for stock rotation2. Inward & Outward HandlingHandle receiving of goods and verify against purchase ordersEnsure proper storage of materials as per standardsManage daily issuance of materials to kitchen/operations3. Documentation & Record KeepingMaintain GRNs, stock registers, and inventory reportsUpdate inventory systems (Excel/ERP) regularlyTrack wastage and discrepancies4. Quality & ComplianceEnsure quality checks for received materialsMaintain hygiene and storage standards as per FSSAI guidelinesConduct regular stock audits5. CoordinationCoordinate with procurement, vendors, and kitchen teamSupport in demand planning and stock forecastingRequirements:Proven experience as Store Executive / Store Keeper / Inventory ExecutiveKnowledge of inventory management and stock handlingExperience in F&B / central kitchen / warehouse preferredBasic knowledge of Excel or inventory management systemsGood organizational and coordination skillsQualifications:Graduate in any discipline (preferred)2–5 years of relevant experienceKey Skills:Inventory ManagementStock AuditingDocumentationCoordination SkillsAttention to Detail
