Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce FSL professional to design, implement, and support Field Service Lightning solutions aligned with business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutionsGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholdersConfigure FSL features like Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatcher ConsoleWork on optimization, automation, and integration with other systemsEnsure best practices in solution design and architectureProvide support and enhancements post-implementationRequired Skills:Strong experience in Salesforce FSL (Field Service Lightning)Hands-on experience in configuration (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)Knowledge of Service CloudExperience in integrations (APIs, middleware)Good understanding of scheduling and optimization in FSLGood to Have:Salesforce certifications (FSL / Service Cloud)Experience in end-to-end implementations
