The role involves assisting in CIRP/Liquidation processes, compliance reporting, and financial analysis in line with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016.Key Responsibilities:Assist in handling assignments under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), including CIRP and LiquidationDraft and prepare documents such as Public Announcements, IM, RFRP, CoC notices, minutes, and compliance reportsSupport in preparation and verification of claims received from creditorsAssist in CoC coordination and stakeholder communicationPreparation of progress reports and filings with IBBI/NCLTConduct financial analysis of Corporate DebtorsAssist in valuation coordination and due diligence processesHandle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliancesSupport in audits (Internal, Statutory, and Tax Audits)ROC filings and company law complianceEligibility Criteria:Semi-qualified CA / CS / CMABasic understanding of IBC, 2016 and CIRP/Liquidation processesKnowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and Corporate LawsProficiency in MS Excel, Ms Word etc.Preferred Skills:Prior exposure to Insolvency assignments / CA Firm experienceGood drafting skills for legal and compliance documentsAbility to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlinesSalary: Best in industry, commensurate with experience.How to Apply:Interested candidates may send their CV to:
