Role OverviewAs a Project Management Intern, you will support the global expansion team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to operationalization & entity management, working closely with the external service providers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and to work on a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.Location - Gurgaon-IndiaFull time/OnsiteDuration: 6 MonthsWhat you’ll do –Entity Operationalization: Support the team in tasks related to establishing and operationalizing entities in new countriesCoordinate with legal, compliance, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth completion of entity setup projects Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and performance metrics of the teamPrepare regular reports summarizing project achievements, challenges, and future milestonesOwn performance metrics of the service providers and present the results using an insightful dashboard Quality Assurance:Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality results from service providersCollaborate with service providers to address any issues or discrepancies affecting project timelines and deliverables or BAUsUnderstand internal stakeholders’ pain points to set correct expectations with the service providers for optimum resultsRequired QualificationsCurrent graduate in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
