Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Marketing & Event Coordinator who will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives across all retail stores. The role involves managing store visual merchandising (VM), coordinating events, handling retail props and display inventory, and ensuring brand consistency across all locations.Key Responsibilities:1. Retail Marketing CoordinationPlan and execute marketing activities across all retail stores.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely rollout of campaigns and promotions.Maintain brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.2. Visual Merchandising (VM) & Store ExperienceOversee store layouts, visual displays, and overall look & feel of stores.Manage VM inventory and ensure proper utilization across stores.Work closely with design teams to implement seasonal and campaign-based displays.3. Retail Props & Display ManagementPlan, procure, and manage all store props and display materials.Ensure timely dispatch and installation of props across locations.Maintain inventory records of all VM and display assets.4. Event Planning & ExecutionCoordinate end-to-end execution of marketing events, exhibitions, and in-store activations.Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.Ensure events are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver desired impact.5. Vendor ManagementIdentify, onboard, and manage vendors for events, props, and marketing materials.Negotiate costs and ensure quality and timely delivery.Maintain strong relationships with all external partners.6. Coordination & CommunicationAct as a bridge between HO, retail stores, and external vendors.Ensure seamless communication and execution of all marketing and VM initiatives.Travel to stores/events as required for supervision and execution.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.2–5 years of experience in retail marketing, VM, or event coordination.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.Creative eye for design, aesthetics, and store presentation.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred Experience:Experience in retail, lifestyle, home décor, or luxury segments.Exposure to exhibitions, store launches, and brand activations.Key Traits:Detail-orientedProactive & hands-onCreative thinkerStrong execution mindset
