The role involves working on employment-based immigration petitions including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 categories. Responsibilities will vary based on experience and seniority. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in drafting immigration petitions and supporting documentationDraft and prepare petitions for EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 casesConduct legal research and compile supporting evidencePrepare case summaries, recommendation letters, and cover lettersCoordinate with clients and internal teams for documentationMaintain records and track case progressEnsure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of petitionsReview and finalize petitions Manage team workflow, allocate tasks, and monitor deadlines Mentor and guide junior team members  RequirementsBachelor’s degree (Law/Arts preferred)Strong English writing and communication skillsInterest or experience in US Immigration lawStrong research and drafting skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesAttention to detail and organizational skillsPrior experience in EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1 petitionsTeam handling experience Good to HaveStrong legal drafting skillsAbility to work independently in a remote setupExperience in reviewing work or handling case ownershipTeam management or mentoring experience
